Keep NetSuite in sync. Automatically.
BoostSync is an integration tool built by GVO that keeps your NetSuite data in sync with other systems, so your team always works with the same record data everywhere.
One record, the same in every system
BoostSync removes the need to manually copy information between platforms. Once the connections are established and your integration mapping is set up for your desired routes, it runs on its own.
Runs every 15 minutes
BoostSync triggers automatically in intervals of 15 minutes. Nobody has to remember to run it.
You keep control
Configuration lives in your NetSuite account, so adjustments to mappings stay in your hands.
New and changed only
Each run picks up records created or recently modified, as defined in your configuration.
Easy to expand
Additional integration routes are easy additions as the business grows into them.
Pre-configured for HubSpot.
Currently, BoostSync is pre-configured for integration between NetSuite and HubSpot CRM.. GVO provisions and installs the SuiteApp, establishes the connection, and your routes are configured from inside NetSuite.
Pre-configured
NetSuite + HubSpot
- Routes in either direction
- Syncs every 15 minutes
- SuiteApp provisioning included
Set it up once, then let it run
Setup is a short, ordered process. After that, BoostSync works on its own and you keep the controls.
01
Connect
BOOST provisions and installs the SuiteApp into your NetSuite account, then establishes the connection to your platform.
02
Map
Integration routes and field mappings are configured for the records you want moving. Setup covers up to 20 fields per route.
03
Sync
Every 15 minutes BoostSync triggers, syncing records created or recently modified since the previous run.
04
Adjust
Configuration lives in NetSuite, giving you complete control over mapping changes and new routes later on.

How data actually moves
An integration route is a sync for one record type, from one system to another. A bi-directional sync for the same record type counts as two routes.
Customer out
Customer records created or updated in NetSuite are pushed into HubSpot on the next run.
1 integration route
Contact in
Contacts captured in HubSpot flow back into NetSuite so sales and finance see the same person.
1 integration route
Bi-directional
Keeping one record type aligned in both directions is two separate routes, priced and mapped separately.
2 integration routes
What you get with BoostSync
Less manual work, fewer mismatched records, and configuration you can reach without filing a ticket.
Put an end to double entry
Nobody re-keys a customer into a second system, so that time goes back to the team.
One version of the record
Sales, service, and finance all read the same data, so there is nothing to reconcile later.
Control stays in NetSuite
Your mapping configuration lives in your own account, ready to adjust whenever things change.
Documented for your account
Once setup is complete, a documentation file is generated specifically for your configuration.
Straightforward pricing for the platform and the routes.

It may still be possible to connect NetSuite to other platforms without a pre-configured integration. We will work with you on a custom solution, and is considering further pre-configured integrations for the future.
Your questions - our answers
It triggers automatically in intervals of 15 minutes, syncing data based on newly created or recently modified records as defined in your configuration.
A sync for a given record type from one system to another. Sending customer data from HubSpot to NetSuite is one route, and NetSuite to HubSpot is another. A bi-directional sync for one record type is therefore two integration routes.
Yes. Configuration for the integration lives in your NetSuite account, giving you complete control over adjustments to the integration mappings, and making additional routes easy additions.
BoostSync is currently pre-configured for integration between NetSuite and HubSpot CRM. GVO will consider pre-configured integrations with other platforms in the future, and it may be possible to connect NetSuite to other platforms without one — GVO can work with you on a custom solution.
Associations are list/record fields that reference another record, such as a contact’s parent company. They are compatible with one requirement: the associated record must also be syncing with the tool, and that syncing counts as its own integration route.
Not via standard configurations. If there is a need to integrate with record sublists, GVO can provide an estimate for a custom solution.
