GVO Announces Senior-Level Designations for Outstanding Team Members

GVO is proud to announce a significant milestone in the career progression of several team members who have achieved senior-level status within our organization. These exceptional individuals have demonstrated unwavering dedication, expertise, and leadership, making them stand out in their respective roles.

To reach senior-level status, employees met rigorous eligibility criteria, including achieving a lifetime billable hour threshold  or receiving designation by a Partner. Each promotion also underwent a thorough Partner Review process led by Todd Parrish and Andy Zinkle, with input from our Manager Recommendation (BOOST) program. Partner Review criteria will be further refined to ensure transparent career growth opportunities, with Senior Designation awarded annually.
