Amber Haney

Amber has spent the last 10 years in Wholesale Manufacturing and Retail streamlining their daily activities and solving problems. Which makes her the perfect fit here at GVO! She is working with our clients BOOSTing their NetSuite accounts and making sure they have the resources they need to make the most out of their ERP system. She is always problem-solving day in and out. She loves to cook, but when it doesn't turn out right. You guessed it; she picks up tacos. BRILLIANT! 

Andy Zinkle

With over 20 years working in the business world before joining goVirtualOffice, Andy leads a team that focuses on the execution of NetSuite and Acumatica. From personalization, through design, configuration and development he is there. He has always enjoyed learning how things work and implementing little tips and tricks with our customers to help them improve the technical aspects of their business. When he isn’t busy with all his kids' extra-curricular activities you can find them on a hike, cheering on their favorite team or on the golf course.

Anne Bigler

After spending 11 years in accounting and then 5 more in finance Anne has seen a thing or two. She has been through an ERP implementation that was a little rocky and now wants to help others avoid that! We are so thankful that she is here to help others harness the power of an ERP. When she isn’t guiding people along their BOOST journey she enjoys visiting the great breweries and spending time with her family.

Brian Viola

Our clients will work with Brian at the beginning and throughout their implementation cycle. He really enjoys leveraging the flexibility of NetSuite to help clients streamline and automate workflows and business processes. After work, you can find him coaching wrestling or hanging out with family and friends. He likes to go fishing but usually gets out-fished. He doesn't mind though, the memories are the best catch of the day! He loves watching his kids reel in a big walleye or pan fish! That is enough reward.

Caleb is often found helping with implementations with data importing, configuration, and general support. He is passionate about learning more about NetSuite and how it can help businesses run efficiently. When he isn’t at the office you can find him watching or playing sports. Sometimes he gets time to get out on the lake to do a little jigging. No not that kind of jigging, he likes to bass fish.

Heather Kotleski

Heather is passionate about problem-solving and realized she loved working with software in a previous career where she helped implement CRM software for a pharmaceutical company. She landed at GVO and we put her talents to work, she is there in the first steps of managing the data from our clients' historical data into NetSuite. When she isn’t knee-deep in data she loves going out to new restaurants and breweries. Traveling is also high on her favorites list! Costa Rica was her last destination and she highly recommends that as your next adventure. Insider Tip: While you're there pay no attention to the giant lizards that walk up while you are suntanning. They live there too.

Jacob, a Software Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering, previously at NASA working in Cryogenics, now uses software to improve clients' lives. He's passionate about simplifying complex problems and enjoys golf, hiking, skiing, weekend getaways to northern Wisconsin, and quality time with his rescue dog, Nash.

James Mattson

Jennifer Hasburgh

Jen helps with project planning, process engineering, exception design, and account configurations. She also provides client training and ongoing support after implementation. She loves helping clients find resolutions to any issues they have. Outside of GVO you can find Jen out horsing around. She has a draft horse named Cecelia that is her partner in crime. She isn’t up to no good though, she seems to have a knack for helping distressed or abandoned animals. Another good person to know in case you come across a bird with a broken wing! Don’t try this at home, leave it to the professionals, this isn't their first rodeo. So clients or wildlife rescue, she knows a thing or two.

Leah Lipska

Leah is here to help you with implementing your NetSuite account. From creating orders to entering purchase orders, or even setting up a manufacturing account she is your gal to get you up and running. When she isn't implementing NetSuite she is out volunteering in her community and raising her 4 children. Whether it is on the Mount Horeb Board of Education or working with the PTO, she is ready to help.

Marc Gierach

Marc is an Implementation Consultant and he brings years of experience in IT and ERP to our team. He loves taking road trips with his wife with no destination in mind. He follows where the road takes him. Sometimes he has to make a pitstop for one of his 4, four-legged friends. Yep, he has rescued four beautiful dogs of all shapes and sizes. Although we hear it’s Little Luna who runs the roost.

Matt Connery

Matt started with GVO after working as an eCommerce Manager utilizing Netsuite SuiteCommerce. Matt is excited to help our customers reach their goals and utilize NetSuite to its full capacity. In his “spare time”, he is getting his house ready to list! Who doesn't love a little sweat equity? Prior to starting a family, Matt enjoyed visiting breweries and camping with his wife. I am talking about actual camping in a tent. Not the kind Craig does we call “Glamping”. We are working on getting Matt prepped with all the dad jokes and tips for fatherhood, although something tells me he is going to be just fine.

Mina Banoub

When we met Mina, he told us how much he loves creating functional solutions that allow time to focus on customers, products, and success. We loved his customer-centric approach and knew he would fit right in at GVO. His hobbies include working on his hobby truck, hiking, and playing volleyball. Did we mention he loves to bake? What will he bake next? Probably a cheesecake, or spicy cheese bread (this is Wisconsin). I can’t tell you when. There never seems to be any evidence left. Which makes us want to try it even more!

Nate Tucker

Nate steps in when we are ready to “Go Live” and implement NetSuite with clients. He is there for them every step of the way and helps them with training and general support. He is pretty talented with taking challenging problems and deriving a solution within the software. Victory for him is when he mitigates a major hurdle for our clients and results in improvements in productivity and profitability. So yeah he is another great guy to have on our team. He loves technology and working in the cloud. When his head is out of the cloud, he likes to play card games, watch movies and grab his clubs for a quick 18 holes. Efficiency doesn’t stop when he leaves the office, it follows him everywhere. Yes, he uses a cart, who doesn’t on 18? Where do you put your drink?

Renee Linscheid

Renee is a Business Consulting Manager who, in previous roles, worked as an Inventory Analyst and Material Planner for Promega followed by a Purchasing and Production Manager for Precision Devices, Inc. Then she then spent 14 years at Lands' End helping lead their strategy for Global Sourcing. Working in numerous areas: Senior Inventory Analyst, Manager Global Sourcing Strategic Initiatives, and a Business Lead for the ERP Implementation. So yeah, she has quite a bit of experience to draw from. She plays a large role with our clients that are in retail and warehouse distribution. When she isn’t at her desk, she is off at many other desks, serving as President of the School District Board of Education or being a board member of CESA. She has also been known to coach her kids in their activities but prefers to cheer from the bleachers. No matter where she is, she loves helping teams utilize the tools at their fingertips, whether that is technology or a new strategy on the field. With Renee on our team, success isn't far behind no matter what the task.

Tammie Lauritzen

Throughout your implementation, if you have any questions related to electronic payments, fixed assets, foreign currency, or tax setups, Tammie is your girl. She is ready to sort through it all and come up with a solution. When she isn’t helping our clients she is spending time with her family and crafting. She has many creative outlets, one is creating custom drinkware that is adorned with glitter and inspirational messages. I think she uses the glitter to follow the trail back to where she left it last. Just kidding, she doesn't leave a trail of glitter, that would drive people crazy. Have you ever tried to clean up glitter? It’s impossible. Well, maybe not for Tammie.
